Directions to the Community Source Center: Please park in the Cemetary Street lot, take the purple elevator to the 4th floor, turn right and find us at the last door on the left. About the instructor: I completed my 200h hatha yoga cirtification at Integral Yoga Insitute in New York City, in the lineage of Swami Satchidananda. My practice is inspired by the ancient traditional practice of yoga as a way of life that connects us to our higher selves, and helps to bring calmless and clarity to the mind and ease to the body. Cash is also accepted at the class.
