Pi Day is an annual celebration of the mathematical constant π. Pi Day is observed on March 14 since 3, 1, and 4 are the first three significant digits of π. In this hands-on class, home school kiddos age 8 & older will learn how to make the filling for cream pie from scratch and how to make a graham cracker crust. They will be able to choose from coconut cream, banana, or chocolate as their 5" take home pie and we'll sample the rest in class.
