Nutshell – Boston’s Premier Alice in Chains Tribute Band was formed in 2004 and is back in 2023. Five die hard AIC fans that deliver the same sound, harmonies, and passion you see and hear from Alice in Chains. Lead Singer Hal White brings the spirit and vocals of Layne Staley to life again. Craig Naso’s guitar playing, and vocals will make you feel as if Jerry Cantrell is playing in front of you. Joe Abbot's bass line’s on "Would" and "Rain When I Die" will mesmerize you back to 1992. Geoff Misci's feel behind the kit, brings Kinney's beats to life. Brendan Flaherty's guitar playing brings Scotty Olson to the live sound of Nutshell. We cover the hard and dark side as well as the acoustic haunting side of Alice in Chains. From staple songs like “Man in the Box” to “Check My Brain”. They have played every major venue and club in and around Boston and New England, providing full electric sets as well as recreations of the MTV Alice in Chains Unplugged album.
