This workshop will provide a number of benefits, including gentle spinal traction with legs up the wall to ease back pain, building stability during standing poses such as tree and half moon, increasing mobility and flexibility, and improving circulation while gaining awareness of how the wall poses affect different muscle groups.
But that's not all! You'll also have the opportunity to view your practice from a different perspective, creating a fresh and exciting experience.
The workshop will be filled with lighthearted fun, including music and essential oils.
