Join me for a yoga flow celebrating Spring - if the weather cooperates, we'll be on the rooftop! Otherwise, we'll be inside!
What to expect: This hour-long indoor yoga class will feature beginner poses with variations for more experienced yogis. Please bring your yoga mat.
Things you will need: water, comfortable clothing, yoga mat.
Check-in will begin at 9:45 am and we will promptly begin at 10am. When we finish around 11 am, stick around for a beverage (not included) and socialize.
No need to print tickets!
