You are invited to come meet 50 other Utah professionals in finance with the sole purpose of building real relationships - learning what each other are up to. Adding value to each other - no hidden agenda. As far as "formal" there will be a few firms present with the purpose of explaining what they are up to including the following: TribeAngels - a Utah Angel group for accredited investorsSeraph Financial - a new Real Estate, Private Equity and Debt investment fundPeterson Partners - Private Equity DivisionHarris - Investment BankThere is no agenda - maybe a 5 minute welcome announcement - but the time is yours to build relationships. Dress is business casual (for some that's a t-shirt for others thats a suit jacket - totally your call). Dinner will NOT be served Most attendees will have between 1-10 years post college investment experience. With some notable people with more (if they are present it is in the spirit of giving back) Aingel Investments will have some interns present - be nice and inclusive to them.
