Chef's Bio: Hô Chí Mommà is a street food pop up started in 2022 by Chef David Morgan, Hô Chí Mommà seeks to bring the exciting flavors of Vietnam to the people of Santa Cruz.
David traveled around America working for some of the best chefs in the country, culminating in a 7-year run as chef de cuisine for celebrity Chef, David Kinch, at his restaurant The Bywater in Los Gatos. During that time he traveled to Vietnam and immediately fell deeper in love with their cuisine.
Hô Chí Mommà strives to give the people of Santa Cruz a fun street food experience.
