Spending your day in the Urban Bloom Gardens is a great way to celebrate Mother Earth and contribute to the local community. Activities for the day include, installing a rooftop garden on a shipping container, adding sustainable rain barrels, planting and tending to the gardens, creating repurposed street art planters, all while interacting with other members of the community. By participating in the Earth Day activities at the Urban Bloom Gardens, you will not only be supporting a worthy cause, but you will also be helping to raise awareness about the importance of environmental conservation and sustainability. What to Expect We are planting Rain or Shine Bring your garden gloves and a smile! Food & Beverages provided Donated Tools and Materials are welcomed Bring any Bikes to be up-cycled into planters Let us know if you are an artist and feeling creative Directions will be provided All are welcome
