Sunrise SUP (paddle board) yoga is a weekly recurring event on the Guadalupe River in beautiful Kerrville, Texas. Provided: Paddleboard and Oar Element Inspired Ritual Set What to Wear/bring: SUP Yoga Clothes for the Upper Body You can wear a bikini top, t-shirt, sports bra, or the top you normally wear for yoga on land. You may want to avoid tops that are too loose. Those can be a problem with yoga poses like downward dog. Water is recommended in any physical activity, please keep in mind there is limited space on your board. YOU WILL GET WET: bring a towel. What to Expect: Come with an open heart and mind. 6:15 pm - Meetup, Gear Up 6:25 pm- Launch as a group 6:30 pm- Anchor 6:35 pm - 7:00 pm - Practice (6:40 pm Sunset) 7:15 pm - Return Paddle Board SUP Yoga will notice a host of benefits.
