Join us at the Harpoon Brewery Taproom and Beer Garden in Windsor, VT on Wednesday, April 5th from 6:30PM - 9:30PM for a Farm to Brewery Beer Dinner with North Country Smokehouse.
Tickets are $100 per person (+ Eventbrite fees) and include a four course meal with 4 beer pairings and a welcome pint.

Appetizer Course
Welcome board featuring Vermont Farmstead Cheeses and accompaniments, paired with Harpoon Juicer Hazy IPA.
First Course
Smoked Chicken and Ham Chowder: A hearty chowder base with bits of smoked chicken, ham, and corn, garnished with warm bread from King Arthur Baking and North Country Smokehouse bacon herb butter. Paired with UFO Florida Citrus.
Second Course
Harpoon IPA Sausage: Sausage scored and seared, served over rich molasses beans, our house made space cake mustard, caramelized red onions and shaved brussels sprouts, scorched to a crispy finish. Paired with Harpoon IPA.
Third Course
Peameal Bacon Pork Chop: Peameal bacon pork chop seared to perfection and sliced over potato, topped with a rich cheese sauce - made from our own IPA and Vermont Farmstead alehouse cheddar. Topped with a sweet vinegary red cabbage “slaw” and garnished with fried leeks. Paired with Clown Shoes Rainbows Are Real.
Dessert Course
Sticky Bun Goat Cheesecake Sandwich with Bacon Jam: Homemade gooey sticky bun filled with Vermont Creamery goat cheese cheesecake, topped with sweet, sticky and salty bacon jam. Paired with Harpoon Sticky Bun Stout (Made in collaboration with Flour Bakery + Café)
