A team fitness competition presented by BAM Fitness. For anyone who has participated in our Friday Night Lights, you know we love our night events. We are running with that theme and are excited to present BAM's Saturday Night Showdown- a night team fitness competition with our night events happening outdoors on top of our parking garage.
