Join me for a brief, 1-hour workshop to discuss the power of self-healing through the practice of self-love, in order to regain joy and mobility in our lives after a diagnosis of chronic pain. I will begin by sharing some of my painful journey, including how I defied the outlook prescribed to me by western medicine in order to regain my mobility, as well as gaining an unexpectedly deep sense of joy and happiness on this path. There will be a brief writing activity, followed by discussion.
