Slow Food Miami's Freshest Night Out, the 12th Annual Snail of Approval Tasting Party!Join Slow Food Miami at our “Snail of Approval” Tasting Party on Thursday, March 16, 2023. Regarded as Miami’s Freshest Night Out, the annual celebration will be held from 7:00PM at The Palms Hotel & Spa, home to trend-setting farm-to-table concept Essensia Restaurant & Lounge.The Tasting Party will unite dozens of the city’s top chefs, local growers and producers for a night of tasting and honoring Miami’s food scene. Ranked among the best resort hotels in Florida, The Palms Hotel & Spa’s balance of laid-back sophistication and focus on green practices provides the perfect location to host Slow Food Miami’s annual celebration of good, clean, fair food. Experience the incredible farm-to-table produce, heritage raised meats, craft beers and spirits that South Florida has to offer!  General admission tickets are $128 per person. Tickets at the door will be $148 per person. VIP Garden Sponsor tickets are $750 and include a garden box for a school + free entry to Freshest Night Out. Event proceeds benefit Slow Food Miami’s Edible School Garden Program. Guests will indulge in tastes from Miami’s farm-to-table best, including a mix of current and past “Snail of Approval” honorees. Thank you for your contribution!
