The legendary NYC psychedelic rock act, The Bogmen, have returned and have begun releasing the first new material in years. The former Arista Records artist, The Bogmen cemented their status as one of best underground bands to come out of the 90s from the success of their songs, "Suddenly," "Yellar," and "Mexico" along with the cult following that the band garnered from the success of their first two albums, Life Begins at 40 Million and Closed Caption Radio , the former being produced by Jerry Harrison (Modern Lovers, Talking Heads). Recently the band finished a new album - release details pending - and are gearing up for the first extensive tour dates in years. On March 18th, the band will return to Portland, ME for a show at Bayside Bowl alongside the anti-genre indie-pranksters SeepeopleS and The Button Men (featuring members of Mallet Brothers, Johnny Cremains, Covered In Bees).
