Slay the ice with a badass pre-game practice. Here is how we do it.
First we learn to breathe. Then we move the body to some killer Rock'n Roll tunes. Then we do a dope breath sesh, that we drop IN to, this, is also with some amazing riffs. Then we put the ice in the water. Prepare for battle. Get in the ice- and do the thing.

2:30p.m. Yoga with Nicole
3:15p.m Breath with Derek Smith (A.K.A The IceMan)
3:45p.m Heavy Metal Ice
4:30p.m. Hot Chocolate - Snack time
5:00p.m. Fly outta there.
