This special series of three cooking classes will give everyone some basic cooking skills that can help start a lifetime interest in home cooking. Skills in these classes include, knife skills, cutting and chopping, sauté, broil, grill steaming and braise to name a few.

Class One: Family Breakfast – 1-21-2023
Learn how to make breakfast items in the first session making eggs fried, poached and omelets. This morning menu is Eggs benedict, maple bacon and Brioche French Toast with fruit compote.
Class Two: Lunch for a Bunch – 2-18-2023
Making crowd pleasing lunch or for yourself. Our chef is cooking up some special soup, sandwiches and salads that will be fun to make and satisfy everyone’s taste. Easy to make dessert for all ages to enjoy.
Class Three: Dinner is Ready! – 3-18-2023
Discover some our chef’s tricks to making dinner quick and easy. Chef will help you stock your pantry with some staples that make planning dinner a snap
