Ryan Cecil and Kenny Coleman are the creators of Bourbon Pursuit, the #1 whiskey podcast and the proclaimed “Official Podcast of Bourbon”. The podcast began in 2015 as a way for brands to connect to their fans and share stories from all the great personalities in the bourbon industry. For years, they got to interact with the brightest individuals in the industry and learned what it takes to create, select, and blend great whiskey. When it came time to create their own brand, they wanted to be different. It would have been easy to buy a bunch of barrels from MGP or one KY distillery and put a label on it, but that’s what most of us would call “more of the same”. It’s the same whiskey in a different bottle. Pursuit partners with multiple distilleries and shares their story as a critical component in every bottle. Proprietary blends showcase how different mashbills with different barrel types from different distilleries in different states and aging environments can create bold new flavors that the world has not yet seen. Pursuit caters to those who want challenge the norm and want something new. There will be tasty appetizers and awesome door prizes, as always.
