Death Cafe is a respectful space where you can feel comfortable sharing your questions, curiosity, fears, beliefs, and stories about any/all aspects of death, grief, mourning, and bereavement. We have learned that there is often lots of laughter as well as a few tears. Please read the website for more information on its origin. Our Death Cafe begins promptly at 6:30. Please respect others and arrive early so we can begin on time. Bios: Jim Van Buskirk has presented programs on topics related to movie locations, queer history and Jewish identity, leads discussions about end-of-life options, and volunteers with Final Exit Network. Danielle Brandon is a therapist having graduated from the California Institute of Integral Studies expressive arts program. Anthony Rocco is a former experience designer for The Latitude Society and currently a strategic consultant and partner in the project: Architecting Curiosity.
