In the grind, we sometimes forget the only vessel we have is our bodies & our minds. While working hard is certainly not a bad thing, working so much that other areas of your life begin to suffer can be a problem, this is why it is so important to FILL YOUR CUP.
Join us on March 18, 2023, paired with Bands x Beats, an energizing 35-minute full body resistance band class, that helps you tone your glutes to the beat of the music and NRSH Wellness signature #SELFCAREAFFIRMATIONS (inner work prompts that are equal parts pep talk and real talk), plus a Vibe Check Circle where we encourage participants to check-in with theirselves, Bands x Beats is definitely more than your average fitness class!

What can I bring into the event?
* Comfortable clothing
* Yoga mat (there will be some for rent if you do not have one)
* Open mind (this is a judgment free space and we will need you to open your mind to keep it that way)
What if I am new to resistance bands? Will this class be difficult?
This event is suitable for ALL levels. Just remember to have fun and let loose!
