The "fool-proof four" refer to four of the over 50 wild mushrooms that are easy to identify, abundant and what we call 'choice' edibles; or, 'delicious'. In this presentation Hunter Le Duc will teach you learn to recognize these four, and other local mushrooms that can be found easily and turned into succulent and nutritious meals. Hunter Le Duc is a Master Naturalist, a member of multiple Mycological Societies, and a certified Wild Mushroom Expert. Her father was a founding member of the Illinois Mycological Association.
