New Age and ambient music pioneer and icon LARAAJI along with healing sounds collaborator Arji OceAnanda will lead a laughter and sound release playshop through guided call and response chanting, internal 'laughtercises’ and playful interaction soundtracked by music. It will include gentle body movement, relaxation and periods of intuitive wisdom and deep stillness. This is an educational, interactive, invigorating, uplifting, and meditative avenue for joy and self-exploration. •Bring an eye cover, yoga mat, meditation cushion, and water.
