Join us for a California Mugwort Oil Workshop at The Well Refill in Topanga where we will convene around the beautiful native plant. It will be an afternoon of learning, community-building, and mindful exploration of the land that supports us. Whether you're new to herbalism or an experienced practitioner, this workshop is for you. Let's come together to honor the land and its gifts, and learn how to work with them in a meaningful way. During the workshop, led by Andrea Jimenez of Herb Club LA, you will learn about the traditional uses of California Mugwort and how to work with it as a powerful plant medicine. We will discuss the benefits of herbal infused oils and how to make them, with a focus on sustainable and ethical harvesting practices. Through this experience, we hope to deepen your connection to the natural world and empower you to work with plant medicines in a respectful way. You'll leave with a newfound appreciation for the healing power of plants, as well as a bottle of California Mugwort infused oil to use in your own herbal medicine practice. -- All levels of knowledge and ages welcome! We recommend you bring a notebook, pen, camera and a light snack. Dress comfortably and bundle up. It's not spring quite yet. Herb walks are light walks in nature --nothing strenuous.
