Take the time to slow down, enjoy some yoga & reconnect with nature at the Urban Farming Institute, a beautiful community garden & discovery farm in Oakland Park. Time: 8-9am - please arrive a few minutes early to settle in before class. Parking: Free parking is available in the open parking lot through the gates of the Urban Farming Institute entrance. You will drive to the end of NE 40th Ct. to find the gates. You will know you are at the gates to the correct lot when you see the garden sheds to your left. Bring your own mat & water. Please fill out this Liability Waiver prior to class. Weather Cancellations: Please note, this class is weather dependent. The class will be cancelled if rain or wet conditions create an unsafe space to practice.
