Try your hand making fresh Fettuccine noodles using the pasta rolling machine and soft cheese-filled Ravioli pouches using your own just made Ricotta cheese. Continue to build your meal creating a hearty Marinara and a spicy Spinach and Basil pesto for saucing your final creations. While the sauces are going you‘ll toss together the ingredients for a quick and easy Foccacia bread to finish the evening off. You and your new found friends will enjoy a taste of everything you made! Classes are hands- on allowing you to explore and expand your cooking skills. Class cost includes all ingredients, all equipment, aprons, instruction and take home recipes. Class is limited to 8 participants.
