WeSing is a queer-led, intergenerational and life-affirming community of humans, singing into the growing and necessary movement for our collective liberation. Our mission is to meet each other at the intersection of love, liberation and song. AN INVITATION YOU, beloved, are invited to participate in this special singing, visioning & community-building retreat plus culminating performance as part of the From the Ashes album release show. Come learn, feel, sing into and be nourished by life-affirming lyrics and soul-stirring vocal arrangements in a fun and welcoming one-week choir experience. SCHEDULE Retreat/Rehearsal Day 1: March 26th, 5:30-7:30pm at Unitarian Universalist ChurchRetreat/Rehearsal Day 2: April 2nd, 5:30-7:30pm at Unitarian Universalist ChurchPerformance at From the Ashes Album Release Show: April 7th, 6-9pm at Art House (429 E 13th)There is no prior singing experience to participate in WeSing. Our community members come from all backgrounds - some trained singers, some, car or shower singers, some singing for the very first time in our space. You are loved and welcomed.
