The practice of mandala design, assembling the layers and layers of concentric circles, composed of shapes both geometric and organic, has been known to calm the mind and open the heart. This weekend, experienced and talented mandala artist Dhara will share techniques and lead you through the process here in our very own SCRAP Education Studio. Come on in, find some bliss and learn a new art form! The suggested cost is $15. To reserve your spot/seats in before the event, tickets can be purchased in advance through Eventbrite for a slight discount ($12.50 plus fees). SCRAP prioritizes access to affordable art materials and expressions, so if the ticket price poses a hardship, please donate whatever you can through the donation ticket type on Eventbrite. You can also purchase tickets (or donate what you can) in the store on the day of the event, though capacity limits of our space might mean that you will not be guaranteed a seat/spot.
