We are thrilled to be hosting a monthly NICU Alumni Parent Support Group in partnership with Early Steps of South Florida at the Gymboree Play & Music located in the Shops at Merrick Park at 358 San Lorenzo Ave #3205, Coral Gables, FL 33146. We will meet one Sunday a month, from 10:00am to 11:30am (dates provided). Light refreshments will be served and child care will be available for those that need it. Registration is required to attend. Groups will be limited to 20 participants. Our facilitators will discuss topics like transitioning from the NICU and the importance of early intervention. They will provide the opportunity for you to share and ask questions as well. Logistics: Bring a pair of socks for each attendee so that you can walk through the Gymboree play area if necessary. The Gymboree is located on the 3rd floor of the Merrick Park Mall next to Crate & Barrel. It is most easily accessed by going to the 3rd floor of the parking garage off of Le Jeune. Parking is $3.00/ hr. There is also an elevator in the garage that brings you to the Upper Level (“U” level ) where Gymboree is located.
