As a Keller Williams agent and a homeowner myself, I understand the significant importance of the homeownership journey. Being fully prepared to make one of the biggest purchases of your lifetime is of the utmost importance. I am here to help! As an agent and a homeowner, I also know the importance of credit scores. Your financial power at this time is highly based on your score. A poor credit score can be very limiting. Whether you rent or own, your credit score is often used as a predictor to your ability to make monthly payments. There are many tools and tips we will explore to help with improving your credit score. I am partnered up with Operation Hope, a local non profit organization. In this workshop we will focus on homebuying and credit management. A credit counselor will be on hand. Also partnering with title and lenders to assist with additional homebuying needs and concerns.
