Join us on Thursday March 14th from 11:30am to 1:30pm as we enjoy lunch and review and examine important changes to the Florida "As Is" contract effective November 2021 a fully accredited CE course . This course will go over the Importance of Partnering with the the title agent along with understanding the title commitment and title policy, as well as the lender instructions and requirements. The session will conclude with some potential pitfalls that may occur should certain steps not be taken as part of the closing process. You must register in order to attend! Please plan on being in attendance for the entire class in order to receive your CE credits.
