2023 chapter planning retreat for the members of the Omicron Chi Sigma chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. only. The goal will be to strategically plan events and programming for the remainder of the 2023 calendar year, while also looking into increasing professional development opportunities for the Brotherhood. Agenda to be announced. There will be a $20.00 registration fee to help offset food and any venue fees.
