We will be joined by Oscar & Lindsay from Olmstead Wine Company (Milton, MA), Matt from SelectioNaturel Imports (Ipswich, MA) and Alexis from Helen's Bottle Shop (Manchester-By-The-Sea, MA). With wine director Howie Correa, we have paired some of our favorite "New Classic" Italian wines with local seafood, house-made pasta, and dishes kissed of smoke from our wood-fired kitchen. There will be a welcoming aperitif and then six half-glasses of small-production natural wine, covering terrain from Trento to Sicily. We look forward to discussing each wine's story and offering a fun evening of wine.
