Description

This ceremony will be a sacred space for community & healing. We will practice yoga, breathwork and a beautiful Reiki infused meditation to regulate the nervous system & balance the chakras. With guided meditation & sound bath we explore the Akashic Records together; tools will be provided to open the records individually for additional healing and guidance. The ceremony will end with a Trust Circle, where everybody will have the opportunity to share their experience & create deeper connections. Every event will have the same structure but the offerings will vary slightly to accommodate different themes. What to bring to the ceremony? •Journal (optional) •Crystals or any special items that are part of your practice (optional) •An open heart This is an inclusive event, all women are welcome!
