Empower716 Young Entrepreneur Program (YEP) initiative recognizes, encourages, spotlights, and supports youth of color in Western New York on their entrepreneurial journey. We understand lack of resources and financial support discourages entrepreneurship for youth of color in underserved communities and our mission is to take away those hurdles
