In this first of three day series, we will be digging out the rain garden site, preparing the site for the rain barrels that will be used to catch water runoff from the roof, and doing maintenance on existing barrel sites to ensure they remain up to code. Come learn about how things can work naturally to provide nutrients for plants, prevent soil erosion and leaching, protect plants from diseases and pests, and control weeds.
