Alegio chocolate is produced by tropical farmers with a story of forty-eight years in Africa and they know the quality of our chocolate starts with the plantation. You're going to learn about the unique chocolate in the world; not because it is the only true-tree-bean-to-bar made chocolate, but also because it is the purest chocolate available today and ever offered to the American public. You'll also see how they make chocolate in harmony with the environment, nature, and the people living there. (Organic, fair trade, sustainably grown.) OurDate is about fostering real connections through shared experiences, whether you're looking to make new friends or find that special someone, this event is the perfect way to celebrate women and connect with others who share your passion for chocolate. Agenda: - How chocolate is made from the tree-to-bean-to-bar. - How to taste chocolate like a pro. (tasting chocolate is like tasting wine. You smell, swish, swirl , and savor it to find the notes that speak to your senses. This is a blind taste test, so testers must guess what they taste! ) *Some wine will be served. - How to pick great chocolate and how to avoid being deceived by the mass-produced chocolate industry’s advertising campaigns. - As a closing, an evaluation card will be given so the testers can rate and score the chocolate according to their five senses!
