California’s New Pay Transparency Law: What PayScale Information do you have to disclose to applicants and employeesThis program will focus on California’s new Pay Transparency requirements and what, when and to whom pay ranges must be disclosed. We will also review the new protections for individuals who make inquiries about pay information and employees who share such information. Finally, we will review the requirements of other cities and states which require the disclosure of pay data and when those requirements might apply to internet job postings which may be read nationwide. Speaker:Now retired, R. Brian Dixon provided employers with a full range of counsel and legal representation with particular expertise in all aspects of employee compensation, including: * Minimum wage * Prevailing wage * Overtime compensation obligations * Incentive compensation plans. He represented employers before state and federal courts and in compensation disputes and audits involving the Department of Labor, California's Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, and the enforcement agencies of other states and private plaintiffs.
