•how to create safe spaces for you to feel, & regulate your emotions.
•breathwork, and how it aids in moving stagnant energy (stored traumas, memories, experiences) out of your body.
•tools/techniques to re-define your relationship with your inner critic & emotions, showing you that you are SAFE TO BE SEEN!
