Kick off Fiesta '23 at The Alamo Gardens and celebrate the 6 regions of Texas cooking April 20th from 6pm-10pm. Meet our featured chefs in person as they express their version of a Region of Texas. 6 Regions: South Texas (Tex Mex), Central Texas (BBQ), East Texas (Southern comfort), Gulf Coast (Seafood), North Texas (Beef Cattle Country) and West Texas (Native American fusion) Event is 6pm-10pm Location: Alamo Gardens (Entrance on Alamo Plaza) Event is 21+ -No minors allowed Event is a fundraiser for Fiesta Commission and the Remember the Alamo Foundation.
