Safe Families for Children surrounds families in crisis with caring, compassionate community. We are a volunteer-driven nonprofit that provides hope and support to families in our local community. With more than 100 chapters across the US, we've realized a need for Safe Families in Austin and are sprinting toward launch! WHO WE ARE Safe Families is a voluntary program with a mission to surround families in crisis. We aim to help families get the support and resources necessary keep kids from being abused, neglected, or ending up in the child welfare system. Guided by our core values of Radical Hospitality, Compassion fueled by Mercy, and Disruptive Generosity, we strive to keep families together and thriving.
