Our fab friends at Fit 4 Mom will be having a FREE Body Boost class just for our Fabletics members! Body Boost® is a mom-only, total-body workout that is challenging, empowering, and energizing. By combining cardio, strength, core training, and meditation, you will leave this workout refreshed and recharged for all that comes with motherhood.
The class will be held on Sunday March 12th at 11am-Noon at the Fabletics store in Saddle Creek.
Class will last roughly 30 minutes with a private shopping event to follow, with a great discount!
Be sure to bring a water bottle, closed toed shoes and a yoga mat, if you feel you'll need it.
