The retreat will provide opportunities for yoga, pranayama (breath work for meditation), time for reflection where participants might walk the labyrinth, journal, or draw, and then we will enjoy a catered lunch together and conclude our retreat experiencing kirtan. Kirtan is an ancient practice of call and response chanting in Sanskrit. It is both a meditative and uplifting lively practice whose aim is to connect with your True Self and the Divine. A special guest and artist of kirtan, Devananda Moreau, will be leading this practice at the retreat. People who only wish to experience kirtan are welcome to attend from 1-2pm free of charge.
