We are delighted to invite you to an exciting luncheon event on March 16 at 11:30 am at the Centre Club in Tampa, FL. This is an excellent opportunity to network with other business owners and learn from industry experts. We are thrilled to have two guest speakers join us: Kenneth Jones from the Hillsborough County office of MBE & SBE Programs, and Angela Howell, Founder and President of The WORLD WOMEN TALENT SYSTEM organization. They will share their insights and knowledge on important topics affecting the business community. The event will take place at Centre Club - Tampa, located at 123 S West Shore Blvd, 8th Floor, Tampa, FL 33609. A delicious lunch will be served, and there will be plenty of time to meet and connect with other attendees. KENNETH “KEN” JONES BIOGRAPHY Ken Jones is the Director of the Hillsborough County office of MBE & SBE Programs. Ken has more than 25 years of experience in economic development, small business assistance, business recruitment and retention, business ownership and business development. His primary responsibilities are to lead efforts to increase the participation of minority-owned, women-owned and small businesses doing business with Hillsborough County. Prior to joining Hillsborough County government, Ken was employed with the Tampa Bay Economic Development Council, City of St. Petersburg, Dun & Bradstreet and has owned manufacturing, wholesale and retail businesses. His community involvement incudes membership in the National Forum for Black Public Administrators, International Economic Development Council, Tampa Bay Minority Enterprise Development Corporation Board of Directors, University Area Community Development Corporation Board of Directors, Suncoast Credit Union Advisory Board, NAACP, and the University of Florida Association of Black Alumni. Ken received his MBA degree from the University of Florida, a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Management from the University of Redlands, and a certificate in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion from the University of South Florida.
