Description

$55 entrance fee to compete (includes t-shirt). You will be placed into heats and judged based on three lifts - back squat, clean, & strict press. Prizes for various categories in male & female divisions. Registration opens at 7am. Arrive by 7:30am for instructions and demos. First heat begins at 8am Proceeds benefit Urban Impact Foundation, a nonprofit serving 1,800+ at-risk youth on Pittsburgh's North Side.
