Join Wild Rivers Conservancy, National Park Service, and elementary teachers like YOU by diving deep into our K-12 environmental education curriculum, Rivers Are Alive. We will spend the day exploring engaging activities, educating ourselves on the St. Croix National Scenic Riverway and its watershed, and reconnecting with nature through outdoor adventures. Our Spring workshop will focus on birding and mucking. Prepare for a day spent mostly outdoors while discovering more opportunities for learning for you and your students.
*Our day will include a walk down a steep incline to the river for mucking. Please contact us if this might be a challenge for you and we can discuss our options.
A catered lunch, coffee/tea, and snacks will be provided.
