Learn how to make fresh mozzarella. Samples, recipes, and a cheese making kit included. Pre-registration is required. These skills can potentially jump start your cheese-making business. Sign up now! Seats are limited. Closed-toe shoes are required. If your hair is shoulder length or longer, it must be pulled back (hair must be secured firmly so no touching is needed.) Please avoid wearing loose-fitting blouses or shirts that may get caught on the equipment. If you have flu-like symptoms, please reschedule. Tickets are non-refundable.
