Monday-Friday, July 10-14 | 1-5 p.m. Students must provide their own yoga mat or large beach towel Yoga can help reduce stress and anxiety, and increase strength, flexibility, balance and coordination. Regular yoga practice can build self-esteem and self-respect. This five-day course includes yoga practice, breathing techniques, mindfulness, meditation and relaxation. The students also do art and journaling activities. This course is taught by two local certified yoga instructors and yoga therapists. High School – Grades 9 to 12 Thanks to the generosity of the Donnie Williams Foundation, all SEA participants are eligible for the following scholarship to discount the cost of registration. Apply scholarship code (DWF50) for a 50% scholarship at checkout. Cannot be combined with any other discount.
