TIME• 12pm-6pm VENDOR SET UP• 9AM-11:30AM PARKING• Either parking garages located next to the Daytona Lagoon. Parking is $5 for vendors. MUST mention you’re a vendor to get pass. Vendors ONLY are allowed to unload at entrance but MUST move vehicle prior to event starting. ENTRANCE• Across from the Hilton Hotel. Tables are limited. There will be food and beverages for purchase. The dopest sneakers, artists, vintage apparel, collectible items, trading cards, hype wear, and so much more! Vendor may set up according to the hours listed in Date & Hours. Vendors may drive their vehicles on the Event ground during setup (except for Event hours). All vehicles will NOT be allowed on site the day(s) of the event. FLYKICKSONLY SNEAKER EXPO, SNEAKER EXPO will prohibit Vendor from operating until vehicle is removed and failure to remove any vehicles on event days will result in automatic cancellation of Vendors booth rental with no refund. Vendors shall remove all exhibits and inventory by 11:59 AM ON EVENT DAY. Move-In
Please do not park or block the roads of all major entrances or your vehicle will be towed. Preparations and moving-in of all equipment and merchandise must be completed SATURDAY MORNING May 21st 9AM-11:59Am Please do not remove booth frames at any time. Please do not take anything not belonging to you. It is your responsibility to make sure that no damage of any kind happens to the tables, chairs or any rental equipment. You will be held responsible for the replacement costs if anything happens. In compliance with Fire Department regulations, oversized or top cover tents and decorations are prohibited indoors. Please make sure all decorations and banners do not exceed the height of your own booth space. The use of any open space next to your own booth space is prohibited. If violations occur, FLYKICKSONLY & Event Center security will remove all equipment, merchandise, and or decorations in violation. Vendor Badges
Every booth is entitled to identification badges. These badges are only to be used for identifying vendors and participating companies, they cannot be used for admission to the event. Admission Tickets
Vendor booths (10’x10’) will receive 4 admission tickets per booth. All Artist Alley tables (6’ x 2’) will receive 2 admission tickets per table. All admission tickets are good for both days of the event. Admission tickets may be used at any entrance. Please note that your staff is REQUIRED to have an admission ticket to gain entry into the event. Vendor Badges are for identification purposes only, and will NOT allow entry into the event. Once the event opens, a re-entry hand stamp is offered at all exits. Vendors without an admission ticket or re-entry hand stamp will be required to purchase an admission ticket at the ticket booths. Parking is $5/vehicle per entry on event days. (Subject to change.) Vendors will not be provided parking, as parking is handled by Daytona beach & Event Center More parking information will be provided closer to the date.. Pipe & Drape Booths Each booth rental includes pipe & drape or multiple pipe & drape if Vendor rents multiple adjacent spaces. FLYKICKSONLYY SNEAKER EXPO, Event Venue shall provide Vendor with a 10’ (width) x 10’ (depth) x 8’ (height) pipe & drape back walls without a roof. No table covers will be provided. Display of anything above 8ft will require approval from staff. Vendors shall not modify, adjust, damage or remove any part of the provided pipe & drape without prior consent. After the event, Event Organizers will inspect each booth and Vendor will be charged for any damages not initially reported by Vendor. Artist Alley Tables
Each Artist Alley table rental includes (1) one 8x10 table. FLYKICKSONLY SNEAKER EXPO, shall provide an additional (2) two chairs per artist alley table. No table covers will be provided. Vendors shall not modify, adjust, damage or remove any part of the provided tables & chairs without prior consent. After the event, Event Organizers will inspect each table and Vendor will be charged for any damages not initially reported by Vendor. The booth will be located on cement indoors. Tables & Chairs
FLYKICKSONLY SNEAKER EXPO, will be providing (1) one 8x10 table for Artist Alley tables, and (1) one 8x10 table for Vendor Booths (Pipe & Drape). Both Artist Alley & Vendor Booths will be provided 2 chairs. Booth Location
Vendors will select their booth location upon payment once their application has been approved. Additionally, Vendor’s actual location will be determined by FLYKICKSONLY SNEAKER EXPO. as necessary to accommodate for any changes made to the map layout. FLYKICKSONLYY SNEAKER EXPO! FLYKICKSONLY will in turn make sure to communicate any changes to the map layout to the affected vendors. Booth Operating Hours
Vendors are expected to be present in their booth/table during all hours of event operation with no exceptions. During operation hours, Vendor booths/tables must have a person-in-charge present at all times. If a Vendor booth is vacant, non-operational, or missing a person-in-charge during operation hours, Vendor forfeits their booth rental for the remainder of the event. Operational hours for all Vendor areas are the same as the event operating hours. Vendor Merchandise
Vendor merchandise sold at each pipe & drape booth / artist alley table must adhere to the guidelines provided by each event unless otherwise stated. Counterfeit or grey market goods are prohibited at all events. Such judgment by FLYKICKSONLY SNEAKER EXPO. shall be final. Vendor may be requested to halt the selling of specific products at their booth at the sole discretion of the Event Organizers if deemed unsuitable, and such decisions shall be final. Flyering
Vendor may only solicit its products and services including distributing fliers no greater than ten (10) feet around Vendor’s booth. Electricity Services
Electricity is not included in the booth pricing.
ELECTRICITY ORDERS DUE DATE: August 24th, 2022.
Orders placed MAY 15-21st will be DOUBLE the original rate. INTERNET ORDERS DUE DATE: May 20th, 2023.

 Security
Security will patrol the event during show times, FLYKICKSONLY SNEAKER EXPO is not liable for any loss or damage to items and recommends that Vendor remove all inventory. 
Vendor may not display, sell, distribute, promote, or use any of the following items: illicit drugs, alcoholic beverages, cigarettes, e-cigs, firecrackers, fireworks, firearms, weapons, or any items that promote vulgar/offensive/sexually explicit materials as judged by FLYKICKSONLY SNEAKER EXPO, Such judgment by Event Organizers shall be final. Vendors may be requested to remove a product or service displayed at their booth at the SNEAKER EXPO, and if deemed unsuitable, and such decisions shall be final. Vendors agree that SNEAKER EXPO, We shall not be liable for any damages or losses, pecuniary or otherwise, foreseen or unforeseen, incurred by Vendor as a result of such action. Safety Precautions
All display vehicles inside the buildings must have their batteries disconnected, the gas tank locked, taped, and contain less than a quarter tank of regulations, no goods or merchandise of any sort are to be placed along the aisles at any time, as this may impede the Fire Department’s passage in case of emergencies. Do not remove any of the frames used for the structures of the booths on your own as it will collapse and may cause potential hazard to anyone in the vicinity. Any empty space available is not to be used for any purposes. FLYKICKSONLY & Event Center’s security personnel have the authority to remove anything placed within these empty spaces. All building entrances cannot be blocked at any time. Liability & Additional Regulations
FLYKICKSONLY SNEAKER EXPO shall not be responsible for any loss to Vendor due to natural causes or force majeure including, but not limited to, rain, thunder and lightning, and wind. Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless, FLYKICKSONLY SNEAKER EXPO,its officers and directors, agents, representatives, and employees from any and all claims, damages, losses and liabilities arising from Vendor’s participation with the event. FLYKICKSONLY SNEAKER EXPO, SNEAKER EXPO assumes no responsibility for damaged or lost articles/booths/exhibits belonging to Vendor. Vendor agrees to comply with all the regulations of the facility hosting the event and all federal, state, and municipal laws, including health and safety. Vendor agrees to be responsible for collection and reporting of sales tax as required by law. Vendor shall be responsible for obtaining all licenses, permits, health certificates or items required by governmental agencies in order that Vendor’s booth may be lawfully operated. FLYKICKSONLY SNEAKER EXPO, SNEAKER EXPO has full authority to stop Vendor from operating, without refund, should Vendor sell or promote products and/or services other than those stated in Vendor’s application. FLYKICKSONLY SNEAKER EXPO, SNEAKER EXPO reserves the right to remove any Vendors from the event for any reason. ALL SALES FINAL.
