Join us on Sunday, March 19th @ BrewDog in New Albany for a Club Pilates signature 60-minute. Mat Pilates Class! The class will start at 9:30am, but please feel free to arrive 15-20 minutes early to start setting up your mat and claim your space. It's Sunday Sunrise Pilates, but make it St. Patty's Day Inspired (hence "Pints & Pilates")! In honor of the holiday, we will be providing first drink free for everyone - you'll have your choice between a Mimosa or a Pint of beer. Come for the workout, and stay for the mingling and brews! Tickets are only $15!, and space is limited, so, make sure to purchase your tickets before they are gone!
