Our Home Buying course is made up of 2 seminars to get you on track to buy a new home. **You are signing up for both Part 1 & Part 2 of the course- Offered in person and Via Zoom, Terms below** Part 1 "Know your BIG why & Credit Reality Check" on MAR 12th 1-3pm. Focuses on knowing why you want to buy a home, setting goals, focusing on the future, Home financing options, Understanding your Credit Score, Credit Repair, and MORE! Part 2 "Dollars and Sense & What to expect when youre expecting a home". MAR 26th 1-3pm. Focuses on Financial Planning, Budgeting and saving, Home Equity/Investing, Home Maintance and Care, and MORE! Courses will be available via Zoom if not able to make it in person. However, The Complimentary gift will only be given to those who attend in person. At the end of the course, everyone in person or via zoom will be given a Compleition gift including a coupon book with discounts on Inspections, Home Furnishing, Groceries, and More! **You Must attend both Seminars to recieve the completion gift** Please sign up if planning to attend via zoom, we will send out the zoom link before each seminar.
