Yoga for All at Common Fence Point Community Center with Interfaith Reverend Shelley Dungan Come experience these unique, inspiring yoga classes where the sense of community is strong and truly heart-warming. Come, find your inner sacred center in a supportive, welcoming, spacious atmosphere. These weekly classes are designed to be accessible for everyone in good general health regardless of yoga experience. This all-levels class will include inspiring readings, mindful meditation and yoga poses that emphasize developing strength, flexibility & relaxation. Please bring a blanket and yoga mat.
